As the governing entity of our corporation, The SHARE Mission is led by our Members to the Board of Directors.

The SHARE Mission is a nonprofit corporation, and, just like their for-profit cousins, nonprofit corporations exist independently of the people who founded them.  Boards have the responsibility to make sure that the nonprofit follows nonprofit law, adheres to its mission, and oversees the organization's activities.

“Learn it, Live it, Tell it” is one of Monica’s favorite sayings and she has been doing just that in our city of Columbus for the past six years.

Monica was lovingly planted into the city in 2011 by way of a employment relocation, but quickly received her commission to “GO” to the city of Columbus and “make fishers of men” (Matthew 4:19) in 2012.

Monica serves as the Deputy Executive Director of The SHARE Mission and she has a passion for reaching out and serving others.  She has the belief that “if you can reach one, you can reach everyone”.

Monica is driven to cultivate a culture of reaching out to the Church.  She has been blessed to serve as an Ordained Minister and Leader of the annual outreach of her local assembly Rhema Christian Center, led by Pastor LaFayette Scales.

Monica is married to Frederick Hart and has three children.

"But you can only be a fisher of men if you will follow Christ with unrestrained obedience—if you will pull up your anchor and untie your rope from the dock."

– Dr. Paul Chappell.

I have always had the dream to run away with the circus and when that didn’t happen I just decided to create a alter ego - Mookie D. Clown.  I’ve been clowning for over 15 years.

Also, when I fall, I like REALLY fall… and then getting up like a baby is just plain embarrassing!

Scott McCallum

Scott and his wife, Sandy, with their five kids moved to Columbus, Ohio from North Carolina in 2013.  The McCallum family’s desire was to be where God is moving and they found Him here in Columbus.

As The SHARE Mission’s Executive Director, Scott has a divine tension for him & others to know Jesus more intimately.  With years of experience overseeing multiple large scale outreaches throughout our city, Scott has been given the assignment to “awaken the sleeping giant” (the Church) to be the strong beautiful Bride (John 3:29) She is called to be.

Armed with a heart for unification within the Body of Christ and knowing The Good News is THE answer for the precious hearts of our city, Scott looks forward to serving Him with you.

“For I am not ashamed of the gospel, for it is the power of God for salvation to everyone who believes” – Romans 1:16.

What/who makes your heart skip a beat?

God’s Presence, my wife, my kiddos laughing, the privilege of seeing someone touched by God.

What “lesson from mom” do you still live by today?

There are SO many but the one that quickly comes to mind is to always hold the door open for a lady.  I learned this lesson in the second grade… and yes there is a story behind this lesson. Thanks Mom!

What movies do you take to watch on a deserted island?

Braveheart, Good Will Hunting, Ferris Bueller’s Day Off, and Willy Wonka and the Chocolate Factory

(and ONLY the Gene Wilder one too).

Name a few items on your bucket list?

Own a sweet pickup truck, skydive WITH Sandy’s approval, and travel with my best friend, my wife.
