As the governing entity of our corporation, The SHARE Mission is led by our Members to the Board of Directors.
The SHARE Mission is a nonprofit corporation, and, just like their for-profit cousins, nonprofit corporations exist independently of the people who founded them. Boards have the responsibility to make sure that the nonprofit follows nonprofit law, adheres to its mission, and oversees the organization's activities.

Seth was drawn into a deep love for the Lord, His Word and accepted Jesus as his Lord and Savior at a very early age. The manifestation of the Proclamation Call on his life was evident at age three (3) and he was baptized in the Holy Spirit at age sixteen (16).
Since having yielded to the Call of Proclamation Ministry in 2011, he received his ministry license under the leadership of Dr. Jerry D. Fryar, Senior Pastor of Gospel Lighthouse Church in May of 2014. God has anointed him with a passion and zeal for preaching and teaching the Word of God and for seeing a generation unashamed about the Gospel and Christ. As a member of Gospel Lighthouse Church, Minister Seth serves as The Youth
Pastor of “Living in Truth Youth Ministries” and the Director of Social Media.
Seth is a 2006 graduate of Eastern Michigan University where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing. Seth is also a 2014 graduate of the Gospel Lighthouse School of Ministry. He attended Trinity Lutheran Seminary in Columbus, Ohio and he is currently pursuing his Master's of Divinity at United Theological Seminary in Dayton, Ohio.

“Learn it, Live it, Tell it” is one of Monica’s favorite sayings and she has been doing just that in our city of Columbus for the past six years.
Monica was lovingly planted into the city in 2011 by way of a employment relocation, but quickly received her commission to “GO” to the city of Columbus and “make fishers of men” (Matthew 4:19) in 2012.
Monica serves as the Deputy Executive Director of The SHARE Mission and she has a passion for reaching out and serving others. She has the belief that “if you can reach one, you can reach everyone”.
Monica is driven to cultivate a culture of reaching out to the Church. She has been blessed to serve as an Ordained Minister and Leader of the annual outreach of her local assembly Rhema Christian Center, led by Pastor LaFayette Scales.
Monica is married to Frederick Hart and has three children.
"But you can only be a fisher of men if you will follow Christ with unrestrained obedience—if you will pull up your anchor and untie your rope from the dock."
– Dr. Paul Chappell
Scott and his wife, Sandy, with their five kids moved to Columbus, Ohio from North Carolina in 2013. The McCallum family’s desire was to be where God is moving and they found Him here in Columbus.
As The SHARE Mission’s Executive Director, Scott has a divine tension for him & others to know Jesus more intimately. With years of experience overseeing multiple large scale outreaches throughout our city, Scott has been given the assignment to “awaken the sleeping giant” (the Church) to be the strong beautiful Bride (John 3:29) She is called to be.
Armed with a heart for unification within the Body of Christ and knowing The Good News is THE answer for the precious hearts of our city, Scott looks forward to serving Him with you.
