As the governing entity of our corporation, The SHARE Mission is led by our Members to the Board of Directors.
The SHARE Mission is a nonprofit corporation, and, just like their for-profit cousins, nonprofit corporations exist independently of the people who founded them. Boards have the responsibility to make sure that the nonprofit follows nonprofit law, adheres to its mission, and oversees the organization's activities.
For seven years Adrienne Ash has been a pastor at Vineyard Columbus church. Her desire to grow in her calling, has her currently pursuing her Master's in Theology from Ashland University.
Before becoming a pastor, Adrienne received her B.A in child and family development from the University of Akron. She was on full course to work in this field, When she began to discern that God was calling her in a different direction...but sees the applicable value from her undergrad education in pastoring the church.
Adrienne is very passionate about helping the church to be a place of maturity and fullness in Christ, working in the gifts God has given us as in Ephesians 4, in order to disciple God's sheep and save the lost. She is grateful to sit on several teams at her church in working to achieve this. Adrienne also partners with other churches in the Vineyard movement to enhance Diversity, Inclusion, and Equity in the church.
Outside of work, Adrienne has an 11-year-old son, Tre...who is her 'mini me'. They love to karaoke, make reels together and play with their cat Alex Mew Ash. In her personal time, Adrienne loves to hang out in coffee shops, walk through nature parks, and watch The Golden Girls...Dorothy is her favorite.
Dave first experienced Jesus and a loving Christian community at his family's United Methodist church in his hometown of Newark, Ohio. The loving mercy of this community helped to guide Dave through his adolescence until he left Newark to attend Boston University. After graduating from BU with a finance and marketing degree Dave began a 20+ year career with positions primarily in marketing and strategic planning.
An adult convert to the Catholic faith, Dave soon felt a call to the Franciscan religious order and since 2010 has been a professed member of the Secular Franciscan Order (OFS). Dave completed two terms as his community's Minister.
Dave currently serves as the Assistant Director and Production Manager for St. Gabriel Catholic Radio which proclaims the Gospel to listeners in Central Ohio and surrounding counties.
Dave and his wife Karol raised their three daughters in Westerville, which they have called home since 2003.

“Learn it, Live it, Tell it” is one of Monica’s favorite sayings and she has been doing just that in our city of Columbus for the past six years.
Monica was lovingly planted into the city in 2011 by way of a employment relocation, but quickly received her commission to “GO” to the city of Columbus and “make fishers of men” (Matthew 4:19) in 2012.
Monica serves as the Deputy Executive Director of The SHARE Mission and she has a passion for reaching out and serving others. She has the belief that “if you can reach one, you can reach everyone”.
Monica is driven to cultivate a culture of reaching out to the Church. She has been blessed to serve as an Ordained Minister and Leader of the annual outreach of her local assembly Rhema Christian Center, led by Pastor LaFayette Scales.
Monica is married to Frederick Hart and has three children.
"But you can only be a fisher of men if you will follow Christ with unrestrained obedience—if you will pull up your anchor and untie your rope from the dock."
– Dr. Paul Chappell
Scott and his wife, Sandy, with their five kids moved to Columbus, Ohio from North Carolina in 2013. The McCallum family’s desire was to be where God is moving and they found Him here in Columbus.
As The SHARE Mission’s Executive Director, Scott has a divine tension for him & others to know Jesus more intimately. With years of experience overseeing multiple large scale outreaches throughout our city, Scott has been given the assignment to “awaken the sleeping giant” (the Church) to be the strong beautiful Bride (John 3:29) She is called to be.
Armed with a heart for unification within the Body of Christ and knowing The Good News is THE answer for the precious hearts of our city, Scott looks forward to serving Him with you.
